Updated NATO Research Project
It has been a while since we updated all our followers and supporters of the NATO Research Project into PTSD in Military Solders.
We would like to keep people informed on what has developed since our last email or post on social media sites including our Website.
Over the last few months several emails, meetings and telephone conversations and been transferred between the Board of Co-Directors of the Project within Universities across Europe. With a project of this size, some of these contacts were slow in replying for a host of reasons. As a result, this slowed progress and ultimately, the project start-up date. Recent meetings have seen great progress and a new date is now in place to submit the proposal to NATO in October 2016.
NATO has been very receptive with regards to funding the research project with great lines of communication. The number of participants for each country has now been increased giving a total participant forecast of well over 400 PTSD sufferers across all countries taking part in the research project.
The estimated start time for the research will be January 2017, pending ultimate approval from NATO.
We would like to thank you once again for all the support you have given us. Without this support it would have been and even greater task to get this project to this stage. We will endeavour to keep you update as and when.
